In accordance with the requirements of the Circular of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Issuance of the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (2024 Edition) (the original No.206 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), From July 6, 2026 to July 17, 2026, Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology announced the plan of Sichuan Hongyun Building Materials Co., Ltd. to transfer the cement clinker production capacity of 2800 tons per day. There is no objection during the publicity period, and now the plan of Sichuan Hongyun Building Materials Co., Ltd. to transfer 2800 tons of cement clinker production capacity per day is announced.
The replacement plan shows that Sichuan Hongyun Building Materials Co., Ltd. withdraws from a 2800 t/d clinker production line, and the production capacity index is used to supplement the 5400 t/d clinker production line project of Xigaze Yaqu Building Materials Co., Ltd., with a replacement ratio of 2:1.
