Fujian Cement: Ansha Jianfu 1 # Production Line Energy-saving and Consumption-reducing Transformation Project was selected as a typical case at the provincial level

Recently, Fujian Energy Conservation Center released the "Typical Case Collection of Key Energy-saving and Carbon Reduction Technology Products in the Industrial Field", and the energy-saving and consumption-reducing transformation project of Fujian Cement Ansha Jianfu 1 # Production Line was successfully selected, which has become an advanced practice model of energy-saving and carbon reduction in the industrial field of Fujian Province.

The project realizes the overall collaborative optimization of the firing system and further improves the production efficiency and energy utilization level by upgrading the preheater, expanding the capacity of the decomposition furnace and replacing the high-efficiency grate cooler. After the project is put into operation, it is estimated that about 12,800 tons of standard coal will be saved annually, about 33,700 tons of carbon dioxide will be reduced, and about 12 million yuan of energy cost will be saved annually, which provides a replicable and popularizable practical model for the green low-carbon transformation of the cement industry.
