The report used photos to show the scene of the first truck of aggregates leaving the factory smoothly. The six-axle truck drove out of the factory with a full load of aggregates.
Indeed, enterprises have made new progress in promoting the coordinated development of "cement + aggregate + commercial mix + consumer building materials + new energy", accelerating the extension of industrial chain and diversified development.
In the extension of the industrial chain, cement enterprises should carry forward the spirit of striving for ultra-low emissions, and always bear in mind that enterprises, institutions and other producers and operators should take effective measures to prevent and reduce air pollution, and be liable for the damage caused according to law. In the prevention and control of dust pollution, "vehicles transporting bulk and fluid materials such as coal, garbage, dregs, gravel, earthwork and mortar shall take sealing or other measures to prevent dust pollution caused by the scattering of materials, and shall follow the prescribed routes" (Article 70 of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution).
