We will carry out cleaner off-road mobile machinery and encourage the use of new energy sources or off-road mobile machinery with national emission standards of three or more. Deepen non-point source pollution control. We will implement the system of classified management of agricultural land, dynamically adjust the categories of soil environmental quality of cultivated land, strengthen the monitoring and protection of priority protected cultivated land, and strengthen the risk supervision of strictly controlled cultivated land. Relying on the results of the third national soil survey, classified and implemented remediation measures, safe use of cultivated land to promote low-accumulation crops and foliar control technology, strict control of cultivated land to implement planting structure adjustment. The fourth section makes concerted efforts to strengthen solid waste disposal through "waste treatment and plastic treatment"

. Focusing on Shuijiang Group and Nanping Group, we will establish a full-chain tracking and control mechanism for industrial solid waste enterprises with more than 1000 tons. Strengthen plastic pollution control. Strictly implement the requirements of standardized use and reduction of plastic products, rely on the "two networks integration" recycling point, implement the publicity of reducing the use of disposable plastic products, and promote recyclable packaging and green substitutes. We will deepen the management of waste agricultural film, improve the system of "farmer collection, network transshipment and central treatment", and promote thickening and degradable plastic film.
