Recently, the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the Announcement on the Replacement Scheme of Supplementary Capacity for the 6500 Tons per Day Cement Clinker Production Line Project of Hunan Jinlei Southern Cement Co., Ltd. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (Version 2024) issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (original [2024] No.206 issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) and the relevant policy requirements for capacity management in the cement industry, the supplementary capacity replacement plan for the 6,500t/d cement clinker production line project of Hunan Jinlei Southern Cement Co., Ltd. is hereby publicized.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (Version 2024) issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (original [2024] No.206 issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) and the relevant policy requirements for capacity management in the cement industry, the supplementary capacity replacement plan for the 6,500t/d cement clinker production line project of Hunan Jinlei Southern Cement Co., Ltd. is hereby publicized.

According to the announcement, the original registered capacity of 6500t/d cement clinker line of Hunan Jinlei Southern Cement Co., Ltd. is 4900t/d, the supplementary capacity is 1600t/d, and the replacement ratio is 1:1. 2400t/d of a 5000t/d cement clinker production line of Sinoma Xiangtan Cement Co., Ltd. is used for the replacement capacity of the Project, and the production line is planned to be dismantled and withdrawn no later than April 30, 2026.
