There are some problems in the group, such as irregular capacity replacement, illegal new steel production capacity, slow elimination of backward equipment with high energy consumption, and frequent monitoring fraud.
Third, the problem of atmospheric environmental pollution is more prominent. There are some enterprises that discharge pollutants illegally, lack of ultra-low emission transformation, inadequate control of volatile organic compounds, and lax implementation of the emission permit system.

There are some problems in the group, such as the failure to strictly implement environmental protection requirements in new projects, the prominent problem of illegal water use, and the lagging elimination of backward production capacity equipment.

The control of air pollutant emissions is not effective, and some enterprises that have completed the transformation of ultra-low emission pollution control facilities have not played an effective role, and there are still problems of excessive emission of pollutants. Some outstanding problems of volatile organic compounds, which should be completed in 2023, have not yet been completed.
