"Production units have entered the emergency state in an all-round way, the integrated service center is stationed in the factory synchronously, the main responsible persons, safety management personnel and workshop responsible persons of each unit are all on duty in the factory, and the professional emergency forces such as electrical, mechanical and fire protection are on duty synchronously to ensure rapid response and efficient disposal at critical moments."
