According to the Replacement Plan for Xiangfen Xingyuan Group Cement Building Materials Co., Ltd. to Supplement the Daily Production Capacity of 1250 Tons of Cement Clinker issued by Shanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. The 3000t/d clinker production line
of Xiangfen Xingyuan Group Cement Building Materials Co., Ltd. is supplemented with 1250t/d clinker production capacity, with a replacement ratio of 2:1. The production capacity index is derived from the 2500t/d production capacity of Yuci Cement Co., Ltd. of Zhihai Enterprise Group.
