The Interim Measures for On-site Management of Public Resources Trading Center Tendering and Bidding, which were deliberated and adopted at the 32nd executive meeting of the National Development and Reform Commission on June 12, 2026, and examined and signed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Water Resources, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Areas and the Ministry of Commerce, are hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of January 1, 2027.

The Interim Measures for On-site Management of Tendering and Bidding of Public Resources Trading Center have been deliberated and approved by the 32nd National Development and Reform Commission on June 12, 2026, and examined and signed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Housing, Urban and Rural Construction, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Water Resources, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Areas and the Ministry of Commerce, and are hereby promulgated. Effective as of January 1, 2027.
