Project overview: 1 # clinker production line with a daily output of 4500 tons of Guiding Conch Panjiang Cement Co., Ltd. is supplemented according to regulations. The supplemented production capacity comes from the clinker production line with a daily output of 3200 tons of Shuicheng Conch Panjiang Cement Co., Ltd. and is transferred to 1000t/d according to the proportion of 1.5: 1. The capacity of 1 # production line of Guiding Conch Panjiang Cement Co., Ltd. will reach 5500t/d after the capacity is supplemented.
Project overview: Based on the integration and upgrading of 1 # clinker production line with a daily output of 4000 tons and 2 # clinker production line with a daily output of 3200 tons, the 1700t/d clinker production capacity of the existing 2 # clinker production line with a daily output of 3200 tons is reduced and replaced into 1 # clinker production line with a daily output of 4000 tons according to the ratio of 1:1. The production capacity of Shuicheng Conch 1 # clinker production line can be increased to 5700 t/d. At the same time, the general solid waste is comprehensively utilized to replace the raw materials and the general solid waste is co-disposed. The capacity of 1 # clinker production line remains unchanged, which is 5700t/d.
