On March 17, the Natural Resources Bureau of Ninghua County, Sanming City, Fujian Province announced that it would approve the design scheme of the 4500t/d cement clinker production line project of Ninghua Jinniu Cement. It is understood that Yongan Jinniu Cement plans to relocate its second 4500 t/d cement clinker production line from Yongan City, Sanming City to Hucun Town, Ninghua County due to ecological protection and the mine's failure to meet production demand. The project is a relocation project with a total investment of 1.1 billion yuan and an annual output of 1.35 million tons of clinker and 1.8182 million tons of cement.
