At present, The Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is soliciting public opinions on the "Limit of Water-Soluble Chromium (VI) in Cement (Draft for Comments)", "Limit of Water-Soluble Chromium (VT) in Cement (Draft for Comments)", "Limit of Radionuclides in Building Materials (Draft for Comments)" and "Limit of Radionuclides in Building Materials (Draft for Comments)".
According to the preparation instructions, compared with GB31893-2015, in addition to structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes in this revision are as follows:
1. Limit and Determination Method of Water Soluble Chromium (VI) in Cement is changed to Limit of Water Soluble Chromium (VI) in Cement.
2. The scope of the standard has been changed, and the scope of application has been changed from general Portland cement to general Portland cement and other cement and cementitious materials specified in this standard.
3. The index requirement has been changed, and the content of water-soluble chromium (VI) in cement has been changed from no more than 10.0 mg/kg to no more than 5.0 mg/kg.
4. Added occupational health protection and signs.

5. The inspection form has been changed from type inspection items to factory inspection items.
6. Changed the number of bits reserved for test results and increased the detection limit.
7. Added requirements for sample composition.
8. Added environmental requirements for sample mixing.
9. Changed filtering requirements.
10.Changed the requirements for determining the absorbance of the sample solution.
11.Changed the presentation of the calculation formula.
12. Added inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.
13.Changed the requirement for tolerance.
