On July 13, the website of Anhui Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice on the announcement of the list of advanced intelligent factories in Anhui Province in 2026, in which the whole process intelligent factory of Wuhu Conch Cement Co., Ltd. was selected. The whole process intelligent factory project of

cement intelligent manufacturing adopts the overall implementation framework of "platform + scenario + integration", takes industrial Internet platform as the core, builds a two-level collaborative data platform of group center cloud and factory edge cloud, and opens up the data links of production, equipment, logistics, management, sales and other links; Around the four core links of production operation, production management, operation management and supply chain management, 13 typical intelligent application scenarios are created to realize the intelligent upgrade of each link; Through the system integration scheme, the core systems such as supply and marketing logistics system, AI large model system, expert optimization control system, digital mine system , quality control system and equipment management system are integrated to realize data exchange and business collaboration among the systems. Construct the whole process intelligent factory system of cement manufacturing with "data-driven, intelligent decision-making, whole process management and control".

At present, the cement industry is in a critical period of overlapping multiple tasks of energy saving and carbon reduction, ultra-low emissions, and digital transformation. "The 15th China Cement Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Exchange Conference and the 7th Intelligent Summit Forum" will be grandly held in Wuhu Conch International Hotel, Anhui Province from July 29 to 30, 2026.
