The expansion project route of G98 Ring Island Expressway starts from Nanpingju in Lingshui County, connects with the planned expansion project of Wanning-Lingshui Section of G98 Ring Island Expressway, passes through Longguang Town in Lingshui County, ends at the north of Chongpo Town in Ledong County, and connects with the built G9811 Haikou-Sanya Expressway. The total length is about 121.7km, and the total length of 6 connecting lines is about 47.6km. The main line has 34 kilometers of bridges and other facilities, and the connecting line has 5.8 kilometers of bridges and other facilities. The total investment of the project is 31864469077 yuan, and the planned construction period is 365 calendar days. It is divided into three construction bid sections, adopting the method of bidding 2 and winning 1. The bid evaluation method is the double-envelope reasonable low price method, and the evaluation separation method is used to determine the winning bidder.
