Changdu Gaozheng had filed a lawsuit before, claiming more than 125 million yuan in compensation (excluding litigation fees), but lost the first and second instance, and was responsible for the acceptance fee of 670600 yuan. Because it refused to accept the judgment of the second instance, the company applied for retrial, requesting to revoke the original judgment and support all its claims. At present, the outcome of the case is uncertain, and the impact on the company's profits is uncertain.
