, 2026, the Fifth Session of the Eighth Council of Hubei Cement Industry Association was held in Huangpi, Wuhan. The meeting was organized and implemented in strict accordance with the management norms of associations and the articles of association. It was presided over by Gui Tongsheng, secretary and president of the Party branch of the association, attended by members of the board of directors of the association, and attended by the director of the board of supervisors and representatives of key enterprises.
The meeting deliberated and adopted six internal management systems of Hubei Cement Industry Association, including the Budget of Revenue and Expenditure for 2027, the Articles of Association (Revised Draft) and the Management System of Ideological Work, to improve the standardized operation system of the association and continuously consolidate the foundation of its internal governance. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Association's Constitution,
the meeting considered and terminated the membership of 15 units that had closed down or failed to fulfill their membership obligations, and retained 88 qualified members. The meeting deliberated and adopted the list of candidates for directors and responsible persons adjusted in the middle of the session.
The conference also discussed the key work of industry exchange, peak staggering production and capacity management in 2027, anchored the annual main line of "service industry and enabling industry", clarified the working ideas, and coordinated the deployment of stable growth and high-quality development tasks of Hubei cement industry in 2027.
