Among them, the light flexible perovskite project invested by Xi'an Tianjiao New Energy Co., Ltd. can produce ultra-light, ultra-thin and bendable battery products. It is widely used in high value-added scenarios such as Internet of Things, Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV), vehicle photovoltaic, aerospace and so on.
According to Wu Chaoxin, chairman of the company, the first domestic and foreign light flexible perovskite solar cell production line invested in the construction is the industry's first production line with an annual output of 100 million perovskite modules . After full production, the project can achieve the production scale of 1G W light flexible perovskite solar cells. According to
the official website, Xi'an Tianjiao New Energy Co., Ltd. is an innovative high-tech enterprise specializing in research and development and manufacture of perovskite photovoltaic products, headquartered in Xixian New Area, Shaanxi Province. The company originated from the research group of professors of Shaanxi Key Laboratory of Information Photonics Technology of Xi'an Jiaotong University. It started the research and development of perovskite technology in 2013, realized 80 million yuan of angel round financing in 2023, and formally entered the stage of industrialization. In
