Jinyu Group (SH 601992) announced on the evening of March 17 that the board of directors of Beijing Jinyu Group Co., Ltd. received Mr. An Zhiqiang's resignation report on March 17, 2026. Mr. An Zhiqiang requested to resign from the position of deputy general manager of the company due to his retirement age. Mr. An Zhiqiang no longer holds other positions in the Company.

An Zhiqiang confirmed that he had no disagreement with the board of directors of the Company, and did not make any claim to the Company for benefits other than agreed remuneration, nor did he have any matters concerning his resignation from the position of deputy general manager of the Company that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.
