Large-scale investment: Jiangxi Yadong Cement plans to invest 133.09 million yuan to build a comprehensive utilization project of alternative fuels from No.1 to No.6 kilns in the existing plant area;
The technical route is clear: the incinerator is built beside the preheater, the combustible general solid waste is incinerated by the hot gas of the kiln head, and the hot gas is used as the heat source of the decomposition furnace, so as to effectively reduce the coal consumption of the decomposition furnace;
No change in production capacity and no reduction in quality: On the premise of no change in cement clinker production capacity, the project relies on the existing four 4200t/d new dry process cement clinker production lines in the first plant and two 6000t/d new dry process cement clinker production lines in the second plant. Annual disposal of 598,400 tons of general solid waste ; the technical transformation will not affect the product quality, performance and applicability; Rich categories of
solid wastes: covering general industrial wastes (waste textiles, waste leather, wood wastes, waste paper, waste rubber, waste plastics, waste composite packaging, combustibles for dismantling automobiles, waste filter materials, combustibles for dismantling household appliances, carbon black, wastes from papermaking and printing industry, sludge, urban sewage sludge and other combustible waste resources), Biomass waste (garden waste, straw, rice husk, bagasse, etc.), construction waste (demolition waste, decoration waste, scrap furniture, etc.), mainly waste spinning, paper shell, sludge and other alternative fuels.
