Green development starts
from optimizing energy consumption. Cement manufacturing is a relatively high energy consumption industry. Xiangshan Conch starts from the source of energy consumption control. The cement mill main machine production equipment adopts the industry's advanced three-fan double-circulation belt roller press system. At the same time, the production organization mode was continuously optimized, the power consumption of cement preparation section was better than national standard, and the utilization rate of valley power reached 99.71%. In line with the principle of "one adjustment, two changes and three changes", we have given full play to the subjective initiative of employees to carry out technological transformation, and have organized nearly 120 micro-innovations and rationalization proposals for the whole staff since 2025.
At the same time, Xiangshan Conch has also built a 1.37 MW photovoltaic power generation device according to local conditions, and the main road is equipped with solar street lamps. The photovoltaic power generation project has accumulated 2.425 million degrees of power generation since it was put into operation in 2022, saving about 713 tons of standard coal.
Green development starts

The main dust collection ultra-low emission transformation scheme independently designed by Xiangshan Conch is far superior to the national standard after the transformation. In addition to hanging equipment standard display boards in each production area, Xiangshan Conch has also carried out a fully enclosed transformation of all corridors, added dust collectors at corridor transfer points, and added ventilation caps to each equipment thin oil station and reducer to solve the phenomenon of equipment oil leakage. At the same time, the impact of rainwater and sewage on the environment will be further reduced through the transformation of rainwater and sewage diversion.
Green development and circular economy
are resource-intensive and energy-intensive industries, which consume a lot of raw materials and energy in the production process. Fly ash produced by thermal power plants is an indispensable resource for cement production. There is a power plant less than one kilometer away from Xiangshan Conch. Since its establishment, Xiangshan Conch has been aiming at developing green circular economy and promoting comprehensive utilization of resources. Through technological transformation and optimization measures such as powder material wharf landing transformation technology, the efficiency of comprehensive utilization of resources for slag in power plants has been improved since 2024. Develop resource reuse to achieve efficient and comprehensive utilization of resources. Dispose and digest 320,000 tons of fly ash, 200,000 tons of desulfurized gypsum and 260,000 tons of powder for power plants every year, and digest more than 10 million tons of industrial "three wastes", which not only solves the environmental protection problems caused by waste, but also realizes "turning waste into treasure" and promotes the development of circular economy. The PO42.5 cement produced by Xiangshan Conch has also obtained the certification of low-carbon products, and is widely used in key projects such as Shaotai high-speed rail, Jintai Intercity Railway, Hangzhou-Shaotai Expressway, Hangzhou Bay Sea-Crossing Bridge and Xiangshan Jinqimen Nuclear Power Station.
