Huancheng Road Upgrading and Reconstruction Project (Tongsha Interchange to Guantai Interchange Section) Successful Candidate Announcement
Project Overview: The project is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, starting from the north side of Tongsha Interchange and ending at the north side of Guantai Interchange, with a total length of 12.156 km; The construction contents include road surface overhaul, road expansion of about 12.156 kilometers, upgrading and reconstruction, new construction of several bridges and culverts, reconstruction of five interchanges, synchronous upgrading of traffic safety facilities along the line, slow-moving system and greening landscape, etc; The design standard of urban expressway is adopted, with two-way eight/ten lanes on the main road and design speed of 80 km/H, and two-way six lanes on the auxiliary road and design speed of 40 km/H. The total investment of the
project is 2975723 300 yuan, and the construction period is 1460 calendar days. Quantities of
the bid section:
1. The first contract section: the chainage of the route is K20 + 955.086 ~ K26 + 858.443, with a total length of 5.055 km, along which three interchanges, namely, Xiping Interchange, Dongguan Avenue Interchange and Guantai Road Interchange, are reconstructed. The project includes subgrade, pavement (excluding asphalt pavement), culvert, bridge and culvert maintenance and reinforcement, bridge demolition, new construction and widening of bridges (excluding asphalt pavement), tree relocation, temporary traffic relief, communication pipeline, rainwater and sewage and water supply engineering, sponge city engineering, intelligent bus station, etc. 2.
The second contract section: the stake number of the civil engineering route is K13 + 853.622 ~ K20 + 955.086, with a total length of 7.101 km, along which two interchanges, Tongsha Interchange and Guanchang Interchange, are reconstructed. Civil engineering includes subgrade, pavement, bridge maintenance and reinforcement, drainage facilities improvement, bridge demolition, new construction and widening of bridges, tree relocation, temporary traffic relief, communication pipelines, rainwater and sewage and water supply projects, intelligent bus stations, etc; Ancillary works include asphalt pavement of the whole section, traffic works, electrical lighting and traffic monitoring works, power communication well lifting, anti-collision waveform guardrail, landscape greening, greening water supply, acoustic environment protection, etc.
