Western Construction: capital increase of 70 million yuan to Jinan Zhongjian Western Construction Co., Ltd.

Western Construction (SZ 002302) announced on the evening of March 16 that in order to support the development of its subordinate enterprises, China Construction West Construction Xinjiang Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Construction West Construction Co., Ltd., intends to increase its capital by 70 million yuan in cash. After the completion of this

capital increase, the registered capital of Jinan Company will be increased from 50 million yuan to 120 million yuan, and Xinjiang Company will still hold 100% of its equity.
