Qingsong Jianhua: Yang Min was elected as the employee representative director of the board of directors

On March 16, Qingsong Jianhua announced that Zhang Guanggui, the former employee representative director of the company, resigned as the employee representative director and member of the remuneration and assessment committee on March 4, 2026 due to job transfer.

The Company held an employee representative meeting on March 13, 2026 and elected Ms. Yang Min as the employee representative director of the eighth session of the Board of Directors of the Company, with the term of office commencing from the date of approval by the employee representative meeting and ending on the expiry date of the term of the eighth session of the Board of Directors. Ms. Yang Min will succeed as a member of the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee of the eighth session of the Board of the Company.
