On October 30, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region issued an announcement that, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in Cement and Glass Industry (2024 edition)" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's original [2024] 206), experts were organized to conduct on-site verification and acceptance on October 30, 2026. Ningxia Yinghai Tianxiang Building Materials Co., Ltd. is used to replace the production capacity of two cement clinker production lines with a daily output of 2500 tons. The main equipment of Line 1 has been dismantled, and the kiln barrel cutting and de-functionalization of Line 2 have been completed. At present, the two production lines do not have the ability to resume the production of cement clinker.
