In October, the overall demand of the national concrete market was weak, the upstream cement was pushed up, but the cost transmission was not smooth, the cooling construction in the north continued to shrink, and the market in the south was divided. The market in North China showed a weak and stable trend, and entered the traditional off-season at the end of the month, with a slight drop in price; the demand support in Northeast and Northwest China was insufficient, and the quotation was flat on the whole; the seasonal demand in East China was replenished, with a partial trial to follow the rise but a discount on the ground, and the overall price was stable with a small increase; the low level in Central and South China was divided, and the price was generally blocked by the return and demand constraints, with a slight increase in price; Southwest entered the end of the peak season, supply and demand were weak, cement prices were difficult to transmit downward, and prices declined.
By the end of October, the National Concrete Price Index (CONCPI) closed at 86.76 points, up 0.18% from the previous month, and the price fell by 5.37% compared with the same period last year.
