Mudanjiang North Far East Cement 5000t/d Cement Clinker Production Line Will Be Put into Production Soon

Recently, Mudanjiang North Far East Cement 5000t/d New Dry Intelligent Clinker Production Line Project ushered in a key construction node, the overall construction progress of the project has reached 90%, the installation of equipment and the joint commissioning of the intelligent system of the whole plant have been carried out synchronously and orderly, according to the construction plan. The project will be completed and put into operation in August 2026.

The project, with a total investment of 1.05 billion yuan, is the only approved new cement clinker project in Northeast China during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, and is also a key project of regional green and low-carbon transformation. The project is equipped with a complete mine, raw material preparation, clinker burning, finished product storage and transportation system, and a 9 MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation device is built synchronously. Relying on the capacity replacement mode, the project eliminates the backward and inefficient production capacity in the region according to law, which is in line with the policy guidance of "the 15th Five-Year Plan" carbon peak, energy saving and carbon reduction.

The production line mainly features two core advantages of intelligence and low carbon: the whole line is equipped with digital central control system, real-time online control of production conditions, energy consumption and environmental protection data; Kilns, fans, pumps and other core energy-using equipment adopt high-efficiency and energy-saving models, supporting waste heat power generation to achieve waste heat recovery for self-use, greatly reducing coal and electricity consumption, pollutant emission indicators are better than national ultra-low emission standards, reducing carbon emissions from the source. After the

project is put into production, it can produce 1.8 million tons of clinker annually, with an average annual sales income of 440 million yuan and an estimated annual tax revenue of more than 40 million yuan, providing nearly 100 jobs. The products cover the eastern market of Heilongjiang Province and radiate the Russian Far East region, filling the supply gap of high-quality clinker in the region, and driving the development of the upstream and downstream industrial chains of local minerals, logistics and building materials.
