More than 550 photovoltaic projects in Anhui and other two places may be cleaned up!

On July 7, the Development and Reform Commission of Lujiang County, Anhui Province, issued a notice on the clean-up of long-term distributed photovoltaic projects in Lujiang County .

According to the requirements of the document, the Lujiang County Development and Reform Commission and the Lujiang County Power Supply Company jointly announced the reply to the access system scheme for more than one year and did not start construction projects before cleaning up. The publicity time is from July 7, 2026 to August 6 , 2026. During the

publicity period, if the project still needs to be constructed, a written application should be submitted to Lujiang County Power Supply Company. The construction shall be started within 15 days after the written application is submitted (the on-site installation of inverters or the installation of 10% or more photovoltaic modules shall be taken as the construction sign). Lujiang County Power Supply Company will terminate the process after the announcement for projects that fail to give written feedback on the reasonable construction plan within the prescribed time limit or fail to start construction within the prescribed time limit.

The announcement shows that there are 354 long-term distributed photovoltaic projects in Lujiang County, with a total capacity of about 15.58 MW, covering various types of non-natural household use, general industry and commerce, and natural household use. Most of the projects are between 15 kW and 60 kW . Details are as follows:

It is worth noting that on June 30, the Development and Reform Bureau of Tieli City, Heilongjiang Province, also issued a notice on photovoltaic projects that have not started construction within two years of filing.

The announcement shows that the Tieli Municipal Development and Reform Bureau will publicize the projects that have not started construction within two years and have not been explained to the filing authorities, totaling 204 photovoltaic projects . The estimated capacity is about 34.92 MW .

Tieli Municipal Development and Reform Bureau said that the publicity period is 3 days, from July 1, 2026 to July 3 , 2026. If no corresponding explanation has been made to the filing organ after the expiration of the publicity period, the filing information will be removed.
