Recently, Hongyunmao C Tower Resettlement Building Project of Gansu Construction and Investment First Construction Company successfully completed the second stage acceptance of the main structure. It marks the successful completion of the construction stage of the main structure of the project and the new stage of decoration and mechanical and electrical installation. During the
acceptance process, the acceptance team, after listening to the reports of the pre-acceptance work of the participating units in detail, went deep into each floor of the building to carry out field inspection, focusing on checking the concrete forming effect, masonry structure, pipeline embedding and other physical quality, and carrying out concrete strength testing and space size retest for the structural conversion layer and the main components of the residential building. Check the construction of key concealed nodes item by item; the data team shall carefully review the quality assurance files, concealed acceptance records, third-party inspection reports, subdivisional and subdivisional evaluation data and other complete sets of accounts according to the construction drawings.
After comprehensive review, the acceptance team unanimously confirmed that the main construction of the project strictly implemented the design drawings and national specifications, the site management was standardized and orderly, the technical data were complete and detailed, the overall main structure quality was excellent, and unanimously agreed to pass the acceptance.
As a key livelihood project of super high-rise buildings in the region, the project is located at the core of Dongfanghong Square in Chengguan District. It is a 43-storey super high-rise residential building with shear wall structure. The building height is 145.9 meters. The main structure includes concrete structure, steel composite structure, high-precision aerated wallboard and infilled wall masonry. High quality standards, high technical requirements, safety and environmental protection, and difficult construction coordination. Since the commencement of the construction of the
main body, the project department has anchored the "millimeter-level" quality control objectives and built a refined management and control system for the whole process: strictly control the whole chain of building materials procurement, technical verification and site inspection; adhere to the pre-scheme and model guidance, refine the standardized operation of key processes such as steel bars, aluminum molds and high-strength concrete ALC wallboards; Fully implement the integrated application of BIM, carry out the deepening design of "one wall, one map", coordinate the synchronous optimization of structure, electromechanical and decoration, strictly control the construction error in the millimeter range, tamp the bottom line of structural safety from the source, and effectively guarantee the living quality of the resettled people.
The project department will continue to implement lean construction management, co-ordinate multi-professional cross-operation of mechanical and electrical installation, external wall curtain wall and indoor hardcover, strictly adhere to the bottom line of safety, quality and progress control, continue to use millimeter-level Seiko standards, and strive to build a safe, reliable, high-quality and satisfactory livelihood benchmarking project and regional landmark project.
