China Cement Network Project Link shows that the recent bidding for G2531 Hangzhou-Shangrao Expressway (Hangchun-Kai Expressway) Hangzhou Central Ring to Zhejiang-Jiangxi Boundary (Hangzhou Section) project has been completed, with a total investment of 50.641 billion yuan. It is estimated that 3.6467 million tons of cement, 973.6 million tons of steel, 9.745 million cubic meters of concrete, 71.2359 million tons of sand and gravel and 1.0139 million tons of asphalt will be pulled.
Project description: The main line of the project is about 184.1 kilometers long (including about 20.8 kilometers of the common section of the existing Qianhuang Expressway and 163.3 kilometers of new mileage), with 16 interchanges (including 5 hub interchanges and 11 general interchanges) and 4 service areas. There are 3 maintenance work areas, 1 main line toll station, 12 ramp toll stations, 1 road section monitoring and communication sub-center, 4 road section monitoring and communication stations, 4 bridge monitoring and communication stations, and necessary auxiliary traffic management rooms and facilities. Seven connecting lines of Gongwang Street, Chunjian, Xindeng, Fenshui West, Baijiang, Jiangjia and Fenkou will be constructed simultaneously, totaling about 7.7 kilometers. The section from the starting point of the main line of the project to the Zuokou hub is 112.8 kilometers long, which adopts the standard of two-way six-lane expressway, with a design speed of 100 kilometers per hour and a roadbed width of 33.5 meters. The section from the Zuokou hub to the Songcun hub is 20.8 kilometers long, which uses the existing Qianhuang Expressway; The section from Songcun Hub to the terminal is 50.5 kilometers, adopting the standard of two-way four-lane expressway, with a design speed of 100 kilometers per hour and a roadbed width of 26 meters. Gongwang Street interchange connecting line adopts the standard of two-way four-lane first-class highway, with a design speed of 60 km/H and a roadbed width of 19.5 meters; other interchange connecting lines adopt the standard of two-way two-lane second-class highway, with a design speed of 60 km/H and a roadbed width of 12 meters. The design vehicle load grade of bridges and culverts shall be highway-Grade I.
