Recently, Qinghai Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the Announcement on the Replacement Scheme of Cement Clinker Production Lines of Minhe Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd., Qinghai Hongyang Cement Co., Ltd. and Qinghai Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd. In accordance with the Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Resolving the Serious Contradiction of Overcapacity (Guo Fa [2013] No.41), the Circular of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Issuance of the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (2024 Edition) (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology [2024] No.206) and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, The requirements of the General Office of the State Development and Reform Commission and other four ministries and commissions on standardizing the capacity management of the cement industry have been applied by enterprises and the competent departments of industry and information technology in the territori al areas have been examined. The replacement plan for the production line of 2250 tons of cement clinker per day of Minhe Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd., the replacement plan for the production line of 4250 tons of cement clinker per day of Qinghai Hongyang Cement Co., Ltd., and the replacement plan for the production line of 5000 tons of cement clinker per day of Qinghai Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd. are now publicized.
According to the announcement, the 1000t/d cement clinker line of Qinghai Jiangheyuan Cement Co., Ltd. is used for the replacement capacity of the 2250t/d cement clinker line of Minhe Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd. and the 4250t/d cement clinker line of Qinghai Hongyang Cement Co., Ltd. The production line is scheduled to be dismantled and withdrawn before April 15, 2026. The original design capacity of the 2250t/d cement clinker production line
of Minhe Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd. is 2000t/d, the supplementary capacity is 250t/d, and the replacement ratio is 2:1. The original design capacity of 4250t/d cement clinker production line of
Qinghai Hongyang Cement Co., Ltd. is 4000t/d, the supplementary capacity is 250t/d, and the replacement ratio is 2:1. The original design capacity of the cement clinker production line of
Qinghai Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd. with a daily output of 5000 tons is 2500t/d, the supplementary capacity is 2500t/d, and the replacement ratio is 1:1. A 2500t/d cement clinker production line of the company is used to replace the production capacity of the project, and the production line is planned to be dismantled and withdrawn before May 1, 2026.
