According to the introduction, the target includes company qualification, factory land, plant construction, production equipment and supporting facilities, and overall disposal. According to
the company's official website, Chayouqianqi Zhu'an Jiye Cement Grinding Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 with a registered capital of 58 million yuan. Located in Pingdiquan Town, Chayouqianqi, Ulanchabu City, Inner Mongolia, in response to the government's policy of building a large cloud data industrial park and environmental protection, in 2017, Chayouqianqi Zhu'an Jiye Cement Grinding Co., Ltd. was relocated to Geshuo Industrial Park, Chayouqianqi, with 170 mu of newly acquired land and an annual output of 1 million tons. It was renamed "Inner Mongolia Zhu'an Jiye New Material Co., Ltd.".
