Recently, Linhai Emergency Management Bureau issued a safety accident investigation report of Taizhou Luyou Building Materials Co., Ltd. On November 24 last year, a vehicle injury accident occurred in Luyou Building Material Mixing Workshop. When the driver drove the loader to recycle raw materials, the workshop handyman entered the blind area of operation in violation of regulations and was crushed by the loader and died unfortunately, resulting in a direct economic loss of 1.108 million yuan. After investigation, the accident was caused by the illegal entry of workshop handymen into the dangerous blind area of operation and the absence of enterprise safety management, and the enterprises involved and relevant managers were held accountable.
