China Cement Network released the TOP100 list of carbon emissions of China's cement enterprises in 2025.

In March

2025, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment issued the Work Program of the National Carbon Emission Trading Market Covering Steel, Cement and Aluminum Smelting Industries, marking the formal incorporation of the cement industry into the national carbon market. According to the policy document, 2024-2026 is the start-up period of the carbon market, and 2027 will enter the stage of total quota control. Releasing green efficiency and driving low-carbon technological innovation are gradually becoming the key tasks of industry development.

In order to continuously pay attention to the progress of energy saving and carbon reduction in the cement industry, the Cement Big Data Research Institute of China Cement Network released the list of TOP100 carbon emissions of China's cement enterprises in 2025. The specific list is as follows:

Hubei signed a contract for the project of 3 million tons/year phosphogypsum-based sulfuric acid co-production of cement clinker

Recently, China Chemical Engineering Donghua Company and Hubei Huiyang New Materials Co., Ltd. formally signed a design contract for 3 million tons/year phosphogypsum sulphuric acid co-production cement clinker project. The signing of the contract marks the further deepening of cooperation between the two sides in the field of phosphogypsum resource utilization, and injects new impetus into the green and low-carbon development of the phosphorus chemical industry. Meng Chenzhou, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Donghua Company, and Xu Jinchong, Chairman of Hubei Huiyang New Materials Co., Ltd., jointly attended the signing ceremony and signed the contract on behalf of the enterprise.
