Li Changhong, a member of the Communist Youth League, is an assistant engineer in the Quality Control Department of Sichuan Desheng Group Cement Co., Ltd., which belongs to Southwest Cement . Li Changhong's growth path is full of the word "practical work", from the "recruit" who first came to the post of quality control to the backbone of her own business. She actively participated in key tasks such as quality improvement, equipment optimization and proportioning improvement, closely followed the difficulties of ingredient management and control, repeatedly analyzed and verified, and put forward a number of rationalization proposals to effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of ingredients. She actively cooperates with departments to improve the quality control system, promote the implementation of quality standards and operational norms, and help enterprises steadily improve their quality control level. During the critical period of production, she takes the initiative to stick to her post, measure every corner of the workshop with her footsteps, record every fluctuation of raw materials with data, keep a close eye on the proportion and quality of the whole process, guard the quality barrier with "zero error", and blossom her youth in the production line with practical work and responsibility.
As the backbone of young technicians, Li Changhong took the initiative to shoulder the responsibility of "helping and guiding" and acted as a good guide for young employees and management trainees. In view of the new recruits, she formulated a teaching plan, from the basis of ingredients to the key points of quality control, hand-in-hand teaching, checking one by one, patiently answering questions and puzzles, to help new recruits quickly integrate into the post and master practical skills.
