On June 26, the distributed photovoltaic power generation project of Lijiang Ancient City Southwest Cement Co., Ltd., invested by Sinoma Overseas, was successfully connected to the grid. The total installed capacity of the project is 4.6MWp, and the operation mode of "self-generation and self-use, surplus electricity access to the grid" is adopted. It is estimated that the average annual power generation is 6.4761 million kW · H. After the project is put into operation, 1952.54 tons of standard coal can be saved annually, and about 5362.21 tons of CO2 emissions can be reduced. The benefits of energy saving and emission reduction are outstanding.

This project is based on the production conditions of the cement plant and the site conditions of the plant area. On the basis of maximizing the power generation efficiency, it avoids the core production area of the plant area and realizes that the project construction and the production of the plant area do not interfere with each other and advance synchronously. In view of the industry characteristics of continuous production of cement enterprises and the inability to shut down for a long time, the project team seized the window period of kiln shutdown in the plant area to carry out key work such as equipment commissioning and system joint commissioning. At the same time, it actively linked cement plants, construction units and power departments to solve many problems such as construction coordination and compact construction period, and efficiently completed the whole process construction and grid connection of the project. The successful grid-connected operation of this
project has set up a stable green energy supply system for Southwest Cement of Lijiang Ancient City, effectively optimized the energy structure of enterprises, and greatly reduced the cost of electricity consumption and carbon emission intensity, which is an important practice for enterprises to cultivate green and low-carbon development.
