1. The subject of this transfer is the overall demolition of a batch of buildings and machinery and equipment of Huainan Shunyue Cement Co., Ltd. and Huainan Shunyue New Material Technology Co., Ltd., mainly including: (1) buildings: 1 # and 2 # kiln head frequency conversion room, 1 # and 2 # kiln pump room, 1 # and 2 # coal powder preparation and power room, firing kiln head. In the firing kiln, pier body in the kiln, circulating water pump house, road hardening, circulating water pool, 1 # and 2 # kiln head waste heat boiler, etc.; (2) Machinery and equipment: rotary kiln, grate cooler, roller coal mill, vertical coal mill, mechanical coal feeder, low-pressure condensing steam turbine, steam turbine generator, kiln head waste heat boiler, etc. The subject is located in the plant area of Huainan Shunyue Cement Co., Ltd. and Huainan Shunyue New Material Technology Co., Ltd. in Bagongshan District, Huainan City. The subject matter is the overall demolition and transfer.
2. The transferee shall demolish all the buildings (structures) involved in the assets of the transfer subject according to the requirements of the transferor, clean up all the construction waste and level the site, demolish it to the outdoor natural ground elevation, and the transferee shall demolish and clear the transfer subject. The acceptance shall be subject to the natural ground elevation, site leveling, no accumulation of sundries, and the completion of foundation cleaning, and the relevant costs arising therefrom shall be borne by themselves.
It is understood that Huainan Shunyue Cement has two clinker production lines with a total capacity of 4500t/d, which has been used as a supplement to Conch Cement production capacity.
