In the process of centralized learning, Yin Pengfei, director of the Emergency Rescue and Support Center of Xingyang Emergency Management Bureau, learned the Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China, interpreted the key provisions of the main responsibility of enterprises, the boundary of supervision responsibilities, and the investigation and management of hidden dangers one by one, and guided the Party members of both sides to run the concept of rule of law through the whole process of safety production. study, the representatives of the two branches signed a pair-building agreement, which made it clear that they would deepen cooperation in organizational joint construction, theoretical joint learning, risk joint arrangement and emergency linkage in the future, so as to build the "organ + enterprise" branch into a characteristic carrier for the integration and promotion of Party building and business in the field of emergency management in Xingyang. activity, members of the Second Branch of the Emergency Management Bureau of Xingyang City went deep into the production line to assist enterprises in carrying out on-site investigation of hidden dangers, focusing on on-the-spot inspection of key cement production devices, high-risk operation areas and safety protection facilities, on-site feedback problems and suggestions for rectification, so as to extend the "venue" of the theme party day to the "venue" of safety production.
