2026-07-02 15:35:22

By the end of June, the National Concrete Price Index (CONCPI) closed at 88.51 points, down 1.04% from the previous month and 8.60% from the same period last year.

In June, the national concrete market was in the traditional off-season, which was suppressed by multiple factors such as high school entrance examination, busy farming, plum rain and high temperature, resulting in insufficient cost support and difficult capital withdrawal. Affected by the continuous low cement price in North China, the concrete cost support is weak; the market demand in Northeast China continues to be light, and the shipment volume of mixing stations remains low; the overall concrete market in Northwest China remains low; the market in East China is stable and loose, with fierce competition; the market in Central South China is weak and stable, with regional differentiation; and the off-season effect appears in Southwest China.

By the end of June, the National Concrete Price Index (CONCPI) closed at 88.51 points, down 1.04% from the previous month, and down 8.60% from the same period last year.
