(Hereinafter referred to as Jincheng Company), and then appointed Zhonghua Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership) as the administrator of Jincheng Company. The People's Court of Pudong New Area of
Shanghai Municipality ascertained that the total amount of the creditor's rights verified by the administrator was RMB (the following currencies are the same) 4581860.14, and the People's Court of Pudong New Area of Shanghai Municipality confirmed the amount of the creditor's rights after verification by the creditors' meeting. Up to now, the administrator has not taken over any assets of Jincheng Company, and the relevant vehicles under the name of Jincheng Company are still under investigation.
In view of the fact that the debtor is unable to pay off the debts due and the assets are insufficient to pay off all the debts, the administrator applied to the People's Court of Pudong New Area of Shanghai on November 27, 2025 to declare the company bankrupt. The People's Court of Pudong New Area of
Shanghai held that, according to the investigation of the debtor's performance carried out by the administrator according to law, it is known that the company is unable to pay off its debts due, its assets are insufficient to pay off all its debts, and there is no possibility of bankruptcy reorganization or bankruptcy reconciliation. Shall be declared bankrupt. In accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 2 and Article 107 of the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law of the People's Republic of China, the ruling is as follows:
