There were four items on the agenda of the conference: the Work Report of the Third Session of the Ninth Membership Meeting of Shanghai Cement Industry Association by Liu Yiting, Vice Secretary-General of the Association, Lu Taiqiang, Vice President of the Association, wrote the Explanation on the Adjustment and Addition of the List of Directors at the Third General Meeting of the Ninth Session of Shanghai Cement Industry Association, Song Tiantian, the Financial Director of the Association, wrote the Report on the Audit of Financial Revenue and Expenditure in 2025, and Jinye, the Chief Supervisor of the Association, wrote the Work Report of the Ninth Board of Supervisors of Shanghai Cement Industry Association.
The General Assembly deliberated and adopted the work report, the financial revenue and expenditure audit report, and voted to add the governing units and adjust the list of directors.

Shanghai Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development made a speech
at the conference. The leaders of the Building Materials Department of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development put forward requirements and hopes for the next work of the association and enterprises from four aspects in light of the current industry situation and the government's work deployment. He pointed out that the Shanghai Green Building Regulations stipulate that the construction of green buildings in Shanghai should be carried out. Green building materials should be used in projects invested by the government and state-owned enterprises and in the construction of public projects above the scale, so the transformation and production of low-carbon green building materials is a necessary answer for enterprises. Enterprises should accelerate the upgrading of digitalization and intellectualization. The government will set up benchmarking enterprises for intelligent manufacturing to set an example for everyone. In April this year, the central government proposed to speed up the construction of "six networks", which is the key path for the transformation of new and old kinetic energy. The total investment scale of the "15th Five-Year Plan" is more than 15 trillion yuan. I hope you will have confidence, not stick to the traditional mode of competing for output and price, but seize the opportunity to open up a high-end, intelligent and green enterprise development path.
