[Basic information of the project] The project is located in Liping Community, Wuligang Street, Weining Yi, Hui and Miao Autonomous County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province. The planned use of industrial land is about 73.18 mu. The liquid-cooled lithium iron phosphate electrochemical energy storage scheme is adopted, with a total installed capacity of 300 MW/1200 MWh and a total of 120 5MW/10 MWh energy storage units. A new 220kV booster station will be built, and the 35kV system will be connected to the booster station through two 35kV collector lines in single busbar section. The construction includes production area (liquid-cooled energy storage area, 35kV power distribution prefabricated cabin, etc.) and office and living area (office building, fire fighting and other auxiliary rooms). The converter system and the energy storage battery system are all arranged in a prefabricated cabin. The target computing power of the project breaks through 1000 PFLOPS (FP16), supporting photovoltaic and energy storage facilities directly supplied by green power, which is the first super-large-scale intelligent computing infrastructure of the Corps system. Only about 30 mu of land can accommodate about 6000 ㎡ computing power room + more than 1100 GPU servers, and the space utilization density is extremely high, which puts forward engineering requirements for heat dissipation, power supply and load-bearing of the computer room far higher than those of conventional data centers.
