Open recruitment of operators! Bankruptcy reorganization of a photovoltaic veteran in Inner Mongolia

On July 6, the administrator of Rongda Electric Power Co., Ltd. in Kailu County openly recruited the operating units of photovoltaic power plants during bankruptcy reorganization.

The announcement shows that the People's Court of Kailu County has previously ruled to restructure Rongda Electric Power since June 23 , 2025. In order to promote the bankruptcy reorganization procedure and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of creditors, the administrator is now open to the public to recruit the operation and management units of photovoltaic power plants.

It is understood that the power station is located in the fifth branch of Liaohe Town, Kailu County, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia, covering an area of about 2515 mu. The installed capacity of the

power station is 49.66 MW , which is a muguang complementary power station, consisting of 368 roofs, solar photovoltaic power stations, 66 KV booster stations and outgoing lines. Construction started on April 1, 2017, and was connected to the grid on June 30, 2017. The project was completed and accepted on September 30, 2017.

It is worth noting that this recruitment requires the intended operation and management unit to have more than five years of experience in the operation and management of photovoltaic power plants, and to have successfully operated at least two photovoltaic power plant projects with installed capacity of not less than 30 MW in the past three years. The performance provided by the operating unit shall at least include the operation performance of a photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of not less than 30 MW in eastern Inner Mongolia, and relevant supporting materials (such as operation contract, power generation data report, etc.) shall be provided. The deadline for registration of the

intended operating units is 17:00 p.m. on July 13, 2026.

According to the enterprise investigation, Kailu Rongda Electric Power Co., Ltd. was established in October 2016, and its legal representative is Jiang Feng. Its business scope covers the development, construction and operation of solar photovoltaic power plants. At present, the company and its legal representatives have been restricted to high consumption, involving a total amount of 1.003 million yuan .
