Recently, Huaxin Wuxue Industrial Park fully cooperated with Huanggang City to carry out the centralized destruction and disposal of large quantities of drugs, totaling 94.78 kg of drugs safely and harmlessly disposed of, in order to help build a safe society ruled by law.
The drug destruction work is jointly supervised by Huanggang Public Security Bureau, People's Procuratorate, Ecological Environment Bureau and other departments, strictly implementing the closed-loop supervision mechanism, and the whole process is standardized, rigorous and controllable. In the early stage of disposal, the special police department carried out the whole process of armed escort of the sealed drugs to eliminate all kinds of potential safety risks; the disposal site implemented all-round video retention and traceability supervision of the whole process, and the staff strictly wore professional protective equipment and strictly observed the safety operation norms. Relying on the mature cement co-disposal process of Wuxue Industrial Park, the drugs involved were sent to the rotary kiln, and toxic and harmful substances were fully decomposed through the ultra-high temperature environment in the kiln. The whole process was closed, without odor diffusion and residual pollution, so as to truly achieve 100% harmless, zero pollution and safe disposal of drugs, and complete the destruction task efficiently and steadily. The successful completion of the centralized destruction of
drugs fully demonstrates the excellent technical strength and standardized operation level of hazardous waste disposal in Huaxin Wuxue Industrial Park, and the results of the work have been highly recognized by the relevant departments in the territory.
