Recently, the idle plant project of Tiechashan Cement Plant in Benxi, Liaoning Province is attracting foreign investment.
The factory is located in Nandianzi Town, Benxi, with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. In 2009, five local cement enterprises were integrated, and a clinker line with a daily output of 4000 tons was built by the factory. Due to the shortage of construction funds, some supporting facilities of the project were not improved. With a total investment of 160 million yuan,
the project was completed by more than 95% in 2013, and then stagnated due to policy approval until the project was restarted after the formalities were completed in 2020.
