Construction Scale and Content: According to the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement of Cement and Glass Industry (2024 version) ( The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (original (2024) No.206) requires capacity replacement (non-new projects). The original new dry process cement production line of 4000 t/d clinker in the plant area is used to supplement the production capacity to 5000 t/d. After replacement, the annual production capacity of cement clinker is 1.5 million tons (the annual production capacity days are calculated according to 300 days). The production capacity comes from Tieling Cement Co., Ltd. of Yatai Group . The 1500t/d clinker production capacity in the 2500t/d cement clinker production line of the company is replaced to Liaoning Fushan Cement Co., Ltd. according to the proportion of 1.5: 1, and finally the clinker production capacity of Liaoning Fushan Cement Co., Ltd. is 1000t/d.
