Shanshui Group Shanxi Operating Area held a production and operation meeting to achieve the annual target.

On October 17, the Shanxi Operating Zone of Shanshui Group held a production and operation meeting in October. Lin Chengsen, General Manager of Shanxi Operating Area, presided over the meeting and made a speech.

The meeting demanded that we should persist in competing for the first place, promote the implementation of the upgrading plan of production technology indicators, continuously tap potential and reduce consumption, increase the promotion and application of new technologies, further reduce production costs, and ensure the efficient and continuous operation of rotary kilns. Give full play to the role of special classes, do a good job in revitalizing the idle assets of companies, and further increase the efficiency of enterprises. Increase the investigation of waste residue resources around the company, implement the mode of direct mining of waste residue resources into the factory, and maximize the policy subsidies. We should continue to deepen internal control and compliance management, strengthen the bottom line of risk provention and control, and guard against production and operation risks.

The meeting emphasized that at present, we have entered the critical period of sprinting the annual task objectives. All cadres and workers should unify their thinking and understanding, adhere to the goal orientation, problem orientation and result orientation, firmly promote the effectiveness of all work, and ensure the successful completion of the annual business objectives and tasks.

At the meeting, the person in charge of each section of Shanxi Operating Area reported and analyzed the completion and benchmarking of financial, sales, production, procurement and supply work in the operating area from January to September, and the person in charge of four companies in Jincheng, Shuozhou, Taiyuan and Yulin reported the completion of work from January to September and the next plan and measures.

The meeting was conducted in the form of on-site video, and members of the Shanxi operating area team and heads of departments and offices attended the meeting. Team members and responsible persons of each unit (company) attended the meeting by video.
