On September 15, the Emergency Management Department of Anhui Province issued the Notice on Cancellation of Non-Coal Mine Safety Production License of Huaibei Xiangshan Cement Co., Ltd.
According to the Administrative License Law of the People's Republic of China, Regulations on Safety Production Licenses (Decree No.397 of the State Council) and Measures for the Implementation of Safety Production Licenses for Non-Coal Mining Enterprises (Decree No.20 of the former General Administration of Safety Supervision), Huaibei Xiangshan Cement Co., Ltd. was closed due to the passage of high-speed rail routes. Now, according to the application of Huaibei Emergency Management Bureau and the cancellation procedure of the safety production license, it is decided to cancel the safety production license of the non-coal mine of the enterprise. The cancellation license number is (Wan) FM An Xu Zheng Zi [2023] G189, and the validity period is up to December 15, 2026.
According to the relevant requirements of the Interim Provisions on the Procedures for Cancellation of Safety Production Administrative License of Anhui Emergency Management Department (Anhui Emergency [2018] No.14), from the date of cancellation, the enterprise must immediately stop all production activities and submit the original cancelled safety production license to the Provincial Emergency Management Department. At the same time, emergency management departments at all levels should strengthen daily supervision, strictly enforce the law, and seriously investigate and punish illegal production and operation without a license or after the license is invalid.
