This centralized start-up project covers key areas such as clean energy , green mineral power, livelihood security, ecological protection, infrastructure and so on. It is reported that 66 projects, including the Boluo Hydropower Station Project in the upper reaches of the Jinsha River and the 1.6 million kilowatt water-light complementary photovoltaic project in Baiyudayike, Ganzi, have involved an investment of 2.6 billion yuan
. Ganzi Baiyu Dayike 1.6 million kilowatt water-light complementary photovoltaic project is the largest photovoltaic project in Sichuan Province and the second largest water-light complementary photovoltaic power generation project in the world.
According to the approval announcement of the EIA document issued by the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Ganzi Prefecture, the project is located in Anzi Township, Baiyu County, Ganzi Xizangan Autonomous Prefecture, with a total investment of 5,033.53 million yuan and a rated photovoltaic capacity of 1600MW. Installed capacity 1871.4366 MWp . The construction unit of the project is Huadian Jinshang (Ganzi) Power Development Co., Ltd .
