China Cement Network, on October 19, the East China Cement Price Index rose 5.00 points from the previous trading day, closing at 279.13 points, or 1.82%, 2.2 times the national index (0.84%), leading the six regions. In terms of

price, driven by the fine weather, the accelerated recovery of construction site and the rising price of raw materials and fuels, the main manufacturers in Shanghai have raised the cement price by about 20 yuan/ton again, and the quotation of Shanghai for external sales has risen synchronously; the large-area market in Jiangsu has increased by 15-20 yuan/ton, and the mainstream of the two rounds of cumulative increase has reached 50 yuan/ton; Jiangxi Ganzhou, Ji'an and Northeast Jiangxi Shangrao, Jingdezhen, Yingtan and other places raised 20 yuan/ton from 17 to 18. On the 19th, leading enterprises in Hangzhou, Jiaxing and Huzhou in Zhejiang increased by 20 yuan/ton, Fuzhou and Sanming in Fujian increased by 20 yuan/ton, and the reference average price of bulk in Ningde, Sanming and Fuzhou increased by 5.00%.
In the short term, the high cost of raw materials and fuels is still the main support for the upward price, and the better weather is also conducive to the moderate recovery of demand; however, this round is mostly the second round of pushing up within a month, and the actual transaction of the last round of small factories in Jiangsu is only 10-20 yuan/ton, and the increase of cooling and rainfall in the latter half of the year and the recovery of demand are still limited, so the landing range is likely to be discounted.
