This project is an important practice to respond to the national "double carbon" strategy and promote the green transformation of the phosphorus chemical industry, which is a milestone in promoting the efficient recycling of resources, the harmless disposal of phosphogypsum and the industrialization development. The project plans to build a set of phosphogypsum sulphuric acid co-production blending material plant, with an annual treatment capacity of about 1 million tons of phosphogypsum, 400000 tons of industrial sulphuric acid and by-product silicate blending material.
The project adopts the "phosphogypsum green low-carbon calcination high-efficiency acid production technology" jointly developed by Wuhuan Company and Tianjin Cement Institute to obtain high-concentration sulfur dioxide flue gas acid production and stable quality silicate blending materials. After the completion of the
project, the problem of phosphogypsum storage and disposal will be effectively solved, and a green closed-loop of resource utilization, harmlessness and industrialization will be constructed.
